Uncertainty at Crossfit

#FridaysWOD Just a little #metcon to #kickmyass in #2minutes #amrap #rower for #calories #hspu No -> #wallwalks #rope #burpee #mu #muscleup No -> #pullupwithbands #scaled #2pts vs #3pts for #Rx So I really felt like I stunk!! #notstrong & I’d never done a wall walk, my scaled rope climb was pathetic. I was generally discouraged when I finished but I did it even though I suck! I knew my form was WAY wrong! The next part of the workout was heavy #frontsquats 6×8 but I don’t have the #clean form down so I couldn’t go up in weight, #ifailed. I stuck with 55 lbs. It doesn’t matter what I get to the gym ppl cuz I’m just a #groupon So result are not recorded like the regular members. #imanalien 🤣 I went to my regular gym this morning & #trained #chest & #triceps plus some shoulders too. I worked on my clean & #jerk with the pvc pipe which made me realize even more how far I have to go to be #crossfitter
