May is almost over! Wow, time is flying by!
I am in my third week out from the first Figure competition of the 2012 season & I feel GREAT! Hmmm…
I have been lifting HEAVY since January 2012! My trainer, Kevin White, has been training me like a bodybuilder, as opposed to a figure competitor, in an effort to put on more muscle.
I’ve been documenting my progress with short video clips that I post on YouTube & Google+
This month I also have participated in two fundraising races. I am not a fan of running, especially in prep, but these good causes motivate me to run!

I am still feeling strong, even on my low carb days of my carb cycling diet. We’ll see what the next few weeks bring & if I can keep my stamina up!
